Jumping off Diving Board

Campbell has jumped off the diving board at other people's houses before but with me in the water....but the past few days she has taken the plunge of jumping off by herself and swimming to the side! She is swimming so well....I am so proud of her! Mary Kate had been watching her so much that she decided she wanted to too! Crazy! She has no fear!

Happy Birthday to Mommy!!!!

Well Monday I turned 29...the beginning of my last year in my twenties!!! Ugh...but not complaining at all! We went to Nashville for some shopping..(Tracy is currently rebuilding the GAP at the Mall at Green Hills).....then met up with our friends Caryn and Andrew who live in Nashville! We went to eat at a place called Goten...on West End Ave, Japenese/ Hibachi/Sushsi! It's only our most favorite type of food...and it was AWESOME!! The girls dont usually go with us when we go eat Hibachi, and as a matter of fact Campbell was pretty little the last time she did go...so it was an experience for them!

My brother Robert is working with Tracy this week so was able to eat with us too! We never have any good pics of just us...so we tried!

Saturday night we went to Murray to eat at Tumbleweeds with Tracys family....for Fathers Day.

Sunday we played hard in the water! Mary Kate loves swimming....she also loves laying her head back in the water.

Mary Kate's 2nd Birthday Party

We had Mary Kate's Birthday party last Thursday afternoon...which happened to be the hottest day of the summer so far! It was sweltering! Good thing we had lots of water toys so at least the kids stayed cool! It was a great party...and Mary Kate and all the kids had a BLAST!

I about freaked out when I saw Tracy do this...but then when I saw Mary Kate grinning from ear to ear when she did it.....I figured she was ok. She absolutley LOVED the water slide!

We are so lucky that Grammy(Tracys mom) does all our cakes for us! She did an awesome job on this DORA cake!!! It was so yummy!!

We didn't worry about Mary Kate opening her gifts while her party was going on because all the kids were having so much fun playing in the water!! So here she is opening them after everyone left.

It was such a great party....Mary Kate had a ball! I can't believe she is 2 now! It's truly hard to believe how time goes by...and they get big so fast!
