Lake weather is here!!!!

Yesterday we decided to go to the lake and hang out with my parents at the houseboat at cypress....Campbell didn't understand why we didn't bring our red boat...and why she couldn't swim.....even though it was hot outside. My dad took the houseboat for a ride...which is always fun! Heather and Sky decided they were tired of watching the guys clean boats and would come with us too! It was such a beautiful day...I am so ready for summer!!!!

Country Music Half Marathon 2009

Well my day was finally here! I have been training for several months for my first half marathon! It was such a rush running it yesterday! However apparently because they changed the course up this year...made for a lot more hills(which were not fun at all)....and to top it off....it was said that it was the hottest marathon in Nashville ever! I did it all.....slowing down a few times for water...but keeping a steady pace. I don't know my exact time yet...but know it was somewhere around I expected..2 and half hrs. I didn't want to over do myself...especially in that heat! I saw so many people layed out on the side with paramedics.... a lot more than usual from what I understand! I had so much fun...and already look forward to next year! Crossing the finish line was such an incredible feeling!!!

My mom and da, Tracy and the girls were waiting on the bridge for me to come by them...which was around 12.5 miles...so i was defiantly pumped at that point to see the home stretch!!


I'm smiling hard...just saw my family.....and are almost finished!!! I'm not sure what is going on with my arm here...lol!


We went to Mellow Mushroom after the race to eat...after waiting in Marathon traffic for almost 2 hrs(not fun)!!!!

Fish Fry Parade

This morning we all enjoyed the Fish Fry parade!! The kids had so much fun! It was such a beautiful day for it!
Thanks to Amber and Aunt Sarah for parking trucks in front of the spa so we had front row seats and can keep the kids contained in the bed!

5K at Martin

Saturday I ran a 5K (3.2 miles) in Martin...was lots of fun....and a little bit of practice for my upcoming half marathon this next weekend!!!

Friday Playdate with Jack

Friday was such a BEAUTIFUL day...so Jack and his mommy Amber came to play and have lunch outside at our "park".

Easter Day

After getting the girls all ready for church I was able to get a few pics of them outside.

I love how they are so sweet with each other...(most of the time)!


This was actually taken after church when we ran home to get a few things before heading over to Grammy and Papa's for lunch! I absolutley LOVE this one!

The girls woke up Sunday morning to see that the Easter Bunny had left all sorts of goodies in their baskets!

Last Saturday evening we hosted (my best friend)...our good friends..Alisha and Justin's couples baby shower! Lots of fun!!! We can't wait for baby Aubry to be here! It won't be long!!!

MMO Easter Egg Hunts(Thursday)

Last Thursday the girls had their Easter Egg Hunts and Parties at MMO(morning)....Mary Kate and her class got to go first! This was her first "real" hunt that she has really participated in...very cute!
